Eudaimonia

 Find yourself a girl

Who brings you to church on Saturday morn

Rather than club on a Friday night

Bar religion, one who brings you to community service

Upon the back of a Sunday rising

Find yourself a girl

Who dances with you amidst the true moonlight glow

Instead of below the false neon beams

Who plays with the flame of the hearth

And not the flame of a wildfire unbridled

Find yourself a girl

Who strengthens your spirit with each strike from her kind hammer

Not shatter it with cruel blows fuelled by rage

Who builds both of you up like pillars stretching up to heaven’s bliss

Not drag both your souls into the pits of torturous hell
